Classical Oil and Watercolor

I'm enjoying more classes with Ye Wang at Washburn University. Due to the Covid-19 virus we are doing our work with remote instruction online which poses an interesting challenge. 

Watercolor is an area I have not previously explored to any great degree and I'm learning a great deal.  Classical Oil involves working with an underpainting in black and white and then glazing on layers of color. It's a very fascinating process and a great learning experience. Shown below are some paintings in process.
